The Original RoseHip Seed Oil - Coesam

The Original Rose Hip Seed Oil - Coesam

Rose Hip Oil is extracted from the seeds contained in the intensely red berry-like fruits -or hips- of a wild rose-bush that grows in the cool, lush mountain rainy valleys of the southern Andes, in Chile.

This wild rose is known by the people of Chile as " Rosa Mosqueta ", and by scientists as Rosa Affinis Rubiginosa. It's healing properties where a well kept secret of the native people of Chile for centuries. Now they have been validated by scientific research worldwide.

Rose hip extract is high in vitamin C and A and has a strengthening effect on capillaries and connective tissue. Rose extracts are antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and astringent and have been used to soothe and heal irritated, chapped skin.

Bodybuilders: Covering up those Stretch Marks

by Martha Fitzharris

Stretch marks are the result of "stretched skin". This generally affects people that grow too quickly or lose or gain weight faster than their skin can adapt to the changes. These marks usually appear anywhere on the upper arms, breast or chest, abdomen, hips, thighs and back of the knees.

Generally, women are the ones that are most susceptible to stretch marks, but men can also develop them especially if they practice certain sports. Bodybuilders, for example, are a group of athletes that are especially susceptible to developing stretch marks.

Due to their characteristic "bulking up", their skins begin to stretch in a short period of time. It is highly common for bodybuilders to develop stretch marks along their thighs and lower abdomen. For this reason, several bodybuilders are concerned about stretch marks and stretch mark treatments.

Treat Stretch Marks

Stretch mark removal isn't really an option for bodybuilders because they don't have excess skin that can be removed. In fact, surgical options are much more adequate for people who have lost a great deal of weight and have loose skin that can be removed. However, there are other treatment options for bodybuilders.

When stretch marks are new, it is possible to treat them with stretch marks creams and other stretch mark products, like rose hip seed oil. However, as they get older it may not be possible to eliminate them completely. Rose hip seed oil can noticeably reduce the appearance of stretch marks, but it cannot eliminate them.

As a matter of fact, one of the best options for bodybuilders is to cover up their stretch marks. There are three basic ways of covering up these bothersome striations: clothing, makeup and self tanners. Anyone interested in covering up their stretch marks can benefit from using these solutions.

Covering Up

Clothing is an easy way of covering up stretch marks. You can use jackets and long sleeve shirts to cover the stretch marks on your arms, and abdomen. However, since bodybuilders compete they need other options that will help cover up stretch marks. In this case body makeup or self tanners can come in handy.

Body makeup is thicker and more wear-proof than other traditional foundations. This is an ideal option for people that have stretch marks in areas that are difficult to cover with clothing.

Spray on tans or self tanning lotions are another great alternative for covering up stretch marks. Real tanning will only darken the skin around the stretch marks and make them stand out. But, self tanners will cover the skin evenly and help you avoid too much sun exposure.

You can't always prevent stretch marks, so sometime you just have to treat them. BIOBODYCREAM is a natural stretch marks treatment cream that can help you remove stretch marks safely. This is all possible because its main ingredient, snail serum, helps breakdown connective tissue and replaces it with healthy skin.
