Self-esteem is crucial for the positive approaches towards facing problems. Self-esteem is a road for less bumpy approaches to seeing problems Self-esteem develops a self confidence in an individual; it aids him to quit fretting about the problems and aids the individual to face it with laudable courage. An individual becomes aware of his/her needs and creates goals and tries their best to achieve his/her goals.
How do we look at low self esteem?
Amassing negativity or negative vision might result in low self-esteem. Low self-esteem might arise from continual stress, workloads and enmity etc. Low self-esteem in many cases in losing self confidence. A person can't meet the problems as efficiently as he/she used to. Low self-esteem results in unhappiness, lose of motivation, decrease in self-confidence. It as well affects the daily routine as well as any relationships. The individual starts losing interest in things happening around them, preferring to be lonely and not interacting in a group setting.

Low self-esteem occurs in many people's lives. It is very difficult to predict as to when it will occur. Therefore, it occurs in many cases in stressful situations.

1. An individual gets hurt very easily even from an opinion that is passed against him/her.
2. He/she feels is hesitant to go out in public.
3. An individual is unable to share thoughts and feelings with others.
4. He/she prefers to be alone.
5. An individual gets irritated on inconsequential matters.
6. He/she tends to dislike who they are and blame themselves.
7. The individual tries to avoid new activities.
8. He/she might develop negative feelings towards others.
9. He/she is depressed very often.
10. The person is scared from unhealthy fears easily.
11. The individual might feel like doing harm to harming themselves in some way.
12. The individual is very afraid that they could be cut loose in a relationship.
13. The person feels as if he/she is not worthy.
14. The individual is scared of confronting matters and is not willing to do interviews or exams.
Therefore, it is very crucial that one shouldn't a low self-esteem.
